The artwork exhibited on this site is original art which is either one of a kind or one of a very limited edition. It may be possible that the artist or the gallery may have already sold a work of art that you wish to order. Therefore, please understand that all artwork on our site is subject to availability. If the work of art is no longer available, we will notify you and you may wish to either cancel your order or, alternatively, permit us to suggest a suitable replacement.

If you wish to purchase a work of art displayed on our site, you may order by email (artistshouse@aol.com), by telephone (215-923-8440), by fax (856-751-7207) or by mail (Dept. IS, Artists' House Gallery, 57 N. Second Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106).
Please be sure to include the following information with your order: your name, your day and evening phone numbers, and both your email and home address. You may also designate an alternative shipping address if applicable. After you place your order, we will contact you to discuss availability, shipping and payment arrangements.

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Checks or money orders must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a United States bank.

Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to destinations in Pennsylvania.

We devote special care to shipping, packing and insuring your artistic purchase. We use professional packers and shippers who specialize in shipping artwork. In most cases we use carriers such as UPS and Federal Express.
Since we do not retain all displayed artwork in our gallery inventory, we may be required to obtain the artwork from the artist prior to shipment. After we confirm your order, we will notify you of the approximate shipping date.

If you decide to cancel or change an order, please notify us immediately by email, fax, or phone. If your order has been shipped, you may simply return it to us in its original packing. If it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the outbound shipping and handling charges. We will refund the purchase price, less the outbound shipping and handling charges, by crediting your credit card or refunding your payment if you paid us by check.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email, fax, or phone. Please place the artwork in the original packaging materials. We will arrange for the pickup of the damaged item. We will refund the purchase price, including shipping and handling charges or, at your option, arrange to ship a replacement.

If you decide not to keep your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the cost of the artwork. You must notify us, by email, fax or phone, of your intent to return your purchase. The artwork must be shipped to us, within ten days of its receipt, in its original condition and in its original packing materials and container. You must return the artwork via the same carrier that delivered it to you and it must be insured for its full value. We will refund the purchase by crediting your credit card or refunding your payment if you paid us by check. We will also reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
